He has managed major projects state-wide and interstate, and undertaken a range of specialised civil and environmental projects for key clients. Chris works with customers to ensure efficient, safe and positive outcomes. Rob JacobsAs Business Development Manager, Rob's 17 years with the business shows his commitment to the long term success of the business. He played a key role in developing our third party audited Integrated Management System and is pivotal in actioning strategic long term plans for future works. In recent years, one of the most satisfying parts of his role has been to see the growth of Spectran Group and the team. Andrew HazellAndrew is our General Manager of Environmental Services. He manages the day to day operations and customer requirements of all of our Environmental Services, including Biosolid and Land Spreading Disposal state-wide. Andrew started off driving trucks throughout Tasmania in the late 90s before joining Chas Kelly Transport. Russell DowdRussell has 35 years experience in the construction and engineering field. He is a proven leader with a collaborative approach to management, and brings a high level of knowledge, detail and attention to safety, in his role as the General Manger of Civil Construction.
