He has managed major projects state-wide and interstate, and undertaken a range of specialised civil and environmental projects for key clients. Chris works with customers to ensure efficient, safe and positive outcomes. Rob JacobsAs Business Development Manager, Rob's 17 years with the business shows his commitment to the long term success of the business. He played a key role in developing our third party audited Integrated Management System and is pivotal in actioning strategic long term plans for future works. In recent years, one of the most satisfying parts of his role has been to see the growth of Spectran Group and the team. Andrew HazellAndrew is our General Manager of Environmental Services. He manages the day to day operations and customer requirements of all of our Environmental Services, including Biosolid and Land Spreading Disposal state-wide. Andrew started off driving trucks throughout Tasmania in the late 90s before joining Chas Kelly Transport. Tom GibbsIn this role Tom is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the customer’s requirements, including safety, time, and quality. His role also includes maintaining relationships and being a point of contact for the client should any issue require resolution above the project level.
